Purpose of the Competition

Implementation of the Decree of the President of the RF of December 19, 2012 No. 1666

«Concerning the Strategy of the National Policy of the Russian Federation for the period to the Year of 2025» and the Resolution of the Moscow City Government «Concerning the Strategy of the National Policy of the Russian Federation for the period to the Year of 2025»

Features of the Competition:

Involvement of young artists – fashion designers, students, members of the National and Cultural Autonomies, public associations, student communities, diaspora societies.

«Ethnic motives in a Contemporary Costume»

«The Best Ethnic Scenic Costume» in action

(Choreography, Fragments of Performances, Vocals, Music, etc.)

«Retro of Ethnic Costumes»

First place winners of the nominations are awarded with the main prize of the «ETHNO-ERATO» Competition.

The second and third place winners are awarded with diplomas.

Special Prizes are established:

«For the Professionalism»

«Promising Fashion Designer»

«For the Careful Preservation of National Traditions2.

CONDITIONS of the COMPETITION

Travel and accommodation are at the expense of the directing party.

Application for participation in the Competition should be sent to the following e-mail address: ethno-erato.mdn@mail.ru before November 25, 2018.

An application should include the following information: first and last names, the title of a nomination, the name of a collection and description of a costume, the number of costumes, involvement of models according to the preliminary arrangements, address and phone numbers (an application form can be found on www.mdn.ru), a list of all participants to enter the building.

Participants should have their own soundtracks only on the USB stick in a MP3 audio format.

From 1 to 10 collections could be included into each nomination.
