Contest of environmental design "Comfortable house"

Participants of the contest: everybody registered on the website of the International Association "VATIKAM".

Contest start date: August 1, 2016.
Work submission end date: September 30, 2016.
Voting end date: September 30, 2016.
Result announcement date: October 1, 2016.

Contest description:

In the immense sea of architectural styles and fashionable interior trends it is very easy to forget the main purpose: surrounding infrastructure should be comfortable for the person who will be there and spend his time. Everything that is created by designer and architect should be consonant to the inner mindset of man, his temper and way of life. Peculiarities of architecture and layout of the house are, first of all, an expression of the owner personality, and the decor and furnishings are an extension of his hobbies and favorite pastime. A man and environment are in perfect symbiosis, forming a united system.

We offer you to share your ideas and participate in the new contest "Comfortable house"! For the contest it is accepted architectural projects, works on landscape design, interior design projects of residential and public premises.

To participate in the contest it is needed to:

• be a registered participant of the VATIKAM project website;
• be sure to completely fill in your profile details;
• create a new separate portfolio for the contest “Comfort house”;
• upload samples of your works to the portfolio;
• be sure to put a tick in front of field “Comfort house”;

The contest is held in nominations:
- architecture;
- interior design;
- landscape design;
- furniture design.

The contest can admit one portfolio per participant containing from three to seven works. After completion of the contest “Comfort house", portfolios, specially created for this contest, continue to participate on the same basis in the main contest of the project VATIKAM "Best works of 2016".

Winners of the first three awards are participants with portfolios that get the maximum number of votes for the entire period of the contest.

Both the participants and registered visitors can vote for the participants’ works. For the objectivity of voting the rule was set according to which a registered participant or user may vote for the same portfolio only once.

Contest prizes: the Winners of the contest will be awarded with special first, second, third degree diplomas from the International Association VATIKAM. Works of four winners which took first place in each nomination will be hosted as a banner at the top of the main page of the VATIKAM website within one month (from October 01 to November 01, 2016).
